I'll admit it, I'm not a huge corn person. Was never really a fan of it growing up, but with the right amount of seasoning I find myself grabbing seconds.
The first time I realized corn could be an exciting dish was at my undergraduate university. During our home coming festivities a local corn truck would have packed lines full of eager students waiting to get this years corn on a stick with endless toppings. There would be well over 50 to choose from and so began my new appreciation for the vegetable.
To get a different feel you simply change up the spices or method of cooking. To explore all the different ways to cook your corn check out my other blog post. For all the recipes I included instructions to bake in the oven but I definitely recommend trying them using different methods of cooking. All recipes work with any style of cooking so play around with it to find your favorite!
The next big important thing is the base. Corn itself is so neutral it's essentially acting as a vessel to get whatever dip/marinade/seasoning into your mouth. That means you can basically pair it with anything you can think of that can be mixed into the base (mayo, butter, or oil).
