Sweet Cinnamon Corn

Ingredients:

  • 8 ears of corn
  • Sea salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • 8 tbs Coconut Oil (or butter)

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place corn on baking sheet.  Reserve about 1/2 of the coconut oil/butter.  Spread remaining butter on the whole ear of corn.  Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar (I use about 1 teaspoon of each) and top it off with pinches of sea salt if you like.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes, until starting to brown.  Turn corn occasionally. Remove from oven and add more ingredients as you like!
