Sweet Cinnamon Corn

Ingredients:
- 8 ears of corn
- Sea salt
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- 8 tbs Coconut Oil (or butter)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place corn on baking sheet. Reserve about 1/2 of the coconut oil/butter. Spread remaining butter on the whole ear of corn. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar (I use about 1 teaspoon of each) and top it off with pinches of sea salt if you like.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, until starting to brown. Turn corn occasionally. Remove from oven and add more ingredients as you like!
