Cilantro and Lime Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
- 8 ears of corn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder
- Cilantro
- Lime
- 8 tbs Oil (olive, vegetable, or butter)
- tomatoes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place corn on baking sheet. Reserve about 1/2 of the oil/butter. Spread remaining butter on the whole ear of corn. Sprinkle spices liberally or mix them on a plate and roll the cobs.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, until starting to brown. Turn corn occasionally. Remove from oven and add more ingredients as you like!
