Sriracha Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 8 ears of corn
  • 3/4 cup Chili sauce, sweet

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha

  • 1 Cilantro

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 Limes, Juice of

  • 3 tbsp melted Butter (can use oil)

  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a marinade and brush half of the mixture over de-husked ears of corn. Continue cooking the corn using any method you like. Once finished season with prefered amount of leftover marinade.
