Lemon Ginger Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Ginger, minced
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon pepper herb (optional)
8 ears of corn
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a marinade and brush half of the mixture over de-husked ears of corn. Continue cooking the corn using any method you like. Once finished season with prefered amount of leftover marinade.
