Tomato Alfredo Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast fresh or thawed
  • 23 oz. Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 1/2 jars, 15 oz. jars
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 4 Fresh Basil Leaves

 

Instructions:

Place 4 Chicken Breast in Crock Pot, and Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours, or until done. After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot. Evenly spread Tomato Alfredo Sauce over chicken, then Cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done. Serve topped with a fresh Basil leaf and a slice of Tomato. Optional: Serve with a side of Pasta. Enjoy!
