Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- 250g Chicken
- 1 tbs Flour (can use any gluten-free substitute)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbs Garam Masala
- 1 tbs Tumeric
- 1 tbs Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Chili (optional)
- 100g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tbs Tomato Puree/Paste
- 200g Plain Yogurt (can substitute for coconut milk - full fat)
Instructions:
Cube chicken, place in crockpot and combine with flour and salt. Then add in all other ingredients, except for the yogurt. Cook on high for 3 hours. Before serving add in the yogurt/coconut milk. Serve over rice.
