Salmon Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic powder
- Lemon pepper herb seasoning
- Lettuce/spinach
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Avocados
- Cucmbers
- Dressing of choice
- Anything else you want on your salad!
Instructions:
Season the salmon with lemon juice, garlic or garlic powder, lemon pepper herb seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. You can cook the salmon in a pan heated to meadium and coated with olive oil for 11-15 mins or in an oven on a pan with olive oil at 350 degress for 20-25 minutes. In both cases cook until fish is flaky.
While salmon is cooking prepare salad. I usually use spring mix, tomatoes, onions, avocados, cucmbers, and a little bit of feta cheese. For the dressing you can check out the recipe catalog to find homemade dressings or you can use any dressings you have on hand.
