Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:
- strawberries
- chocolate (any kind)
- coconut oil
Instructions:
Put chocolate chips into a bowl (if it's a bar of chocolate be sure to break it up), add a spoon of coconut oil and melt chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth.
Dip Strawberries into chocolate and lay to harden on parchment paper and keep in fridge.
